The Palmer neighbourhood was constructed in the late 1990’s and is a family-friendly area with close proximity to a wide variety of restaurant and shopping options.Palmer is made up of a variety of semi-detached, detached, townhouses and condominium homes.

This Burlington neighbourhood is bounded by Upper Middle Road to the North, Guelph Line to the West, Appleby Line to the East and the Q.E.W (Queen Elizabeth Way/403 Hwy.) to the South.
