Originally from Montreal, I found my home when I arrived in Toronto and quickly immersed myself in the communities of Burlington and beyond through my work with Rotary. My deep experience with property ownership and investment has made me a skilled negotiator, securing deals that range in the millions while always protecting my client’s best interests.

One of my greatest professional joys is working alongside my son, Justin Loncaric, who has been in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years.
